Once an elite in the 'Night Watch,' Platos was expelled for defying orders. He left behind a promising future to become a prison guard on the Isle of the Banished. Many questioned why a soldier of his caliber would settle for such a role, but Platos seemed content, with no interest in climbing the ranks.
As the prison population became increasingly dangerous, many guards sought safer roles in logistics. To everyone's surprise, Platos joined them, submitting paperwork claiming deteriorating vision and hearing. Not long after, he was transferred to the medical unit.
There, Platos' talents shone. He optimized the medical system, reducing casualties and proving his worth. Many came to see this as the perfect role for him, just as he had likely intended. Yet, records show that late at night, Platos still visits the shooting range, quietly honing his combat skills. Perhaps he's simply not ready to let those old talents fade.
Although Platos enjoys the peaceful life—far from the cities and under the protection of the prison's strong military—he remains on guard. He's uncovered secrets about his former organization and knows that the Night Watch is plotting to upend world order. Even in the calm of the Isle, danger is never far.
