Story I
This panda master once lived in seclusion deep within the mountain bamboo forests. Burly in stature and skilled with a nine-ring broadsword, he developed his own technique—Drunken Slash, drawing power from alcohol. The more drunk he becomes, the more devastating his strikes. The villagers at the foot of the mountain speak of a mysterious panda clad in iron armor, capable of human speech, who grows exceptionally fierce when intoxicated. Yet none know his true origins. When the village was overrun by bandits, the desperate villagers brought liquor up the mountain to seek his help. After drinking heartily, Xuanming gladly agreed to aid them.
Story II 🔒 1★
As Xuanming dragged his nine-ring broadsword toward the bandits' lair, the entire village waited nearby with bated breath. Everyone doubted whether this eccentric master could create a miracle and defeat the bandit gang with nothing more than a melee weapon. On that day, gunshots rang out relentlessly in the distance for over an hour before finally subsiding. When the villagers approached to investigate, they found Xuanming, covered in blood, sitting alone amidst the ruins, sipping the remaining liquor from his gourd.
Story III 🔒 2★
For this powerful anomaly, the villagers' gratitude quickly turned to fear. Every blade mark and bloodstain spoke of his ferocity. As he made his way back to the mountain, children chased after him, calling out "Master," only to be sternly called back by their mothers. Xuanming didn’t mind. He took all the remaining good liquor from the village and watched coldly from the mountaintop as the villagers hurried to pack their belongings and abandon their home.
Story IV 🔒 3★
When there was no more good liquor to drink nearby, Xuanming chose to head to the Isle of the Banished, indulging in his skills to feast. After all, in this place far from civilization, his identity was insignificant—as long as he was powerful enough, he would be valued. The only regret was that no one here would call him 'Master' anymore.
