Story I
Worrell was a legend in the force, its body a masterpiece of durable yet flexible alloy springs. When pursuing suspects, it could compress its body to enter buildings through ventilation ducts, then suddenly spring open behind targets, sealing off corridors with its extending arms. This unpredictable approach left criminals with nowhere to run.
Story II 🔒 1★
However, its distinguished career was tragically cut short by a deep-cover mole. Under the guise of program calibration, the mole implanted malicious code into Worrell's core programming, corrupting its target identification. The "subdue and arrest" directive was subtly altered to "destroy all moving objects designated as hostile." The next operation turned deadly. Instead of standard immobilization, Worrell unleashed maximum force, its fist tearing through the fugitive's chest.
Story III 🔒 2★
The following operation was a disaster. Worrell's sensors now identified all armed teammates as hostile, its spring body bouncing wildly through the streets. Each compression and release accompanied by an officer being sent flying. When reinforcements arrived, Worrell was crouched in the center of the ruins, the springs at its joints emitting harsh metallic grinding sounds, with only a line of continuously scrolling gibberish left in the system logs.
Story IV 🔒 3★
The futile attempts to fix Worrell stretched on for three months, but each reboot simply amplified the internal logic errors. Realizing they couldn't control this unpredictable force, the police reluctantly reached a compromise: sending Worrell to serve on Isle of the Banished. Worrell's code continues to evolve, even generating destructive power and creativity in new ways of using its spring body that the original designers never imagined. To this day, no one can fully understand its operational logic.
