Omega Rugal

An underworld arms dealer who commanded the carrier 'Black Noah,' he appeared to the world as elegance in red, wine glass in hand, but beneath it all lurked a ruthless soul. Fallen fighters were cast in bronze, nothing more than trophies of his power.

At twenty-five, Omega Rugal tried to seize Orochi's Power and was crushed. His right eye was taken. In its place, a drop of Orochi's blood, a mercy, and a curse. He replaced his eye with a bionic one, flawless on the surface, but burning with humiliation within. He thought he ruled the world yet he was only a pawn.

After the explosion of Black Noah, Omega Rugal miraculously survived, sustained by Orochi’s Power, at the cost of his right arm, which he replaced with a cybernetic one. A year later, he returned with another tournament, only to fall again. In madness, he tried to release all his power, but even he had limits. The forbidden force consumed him and tore him apart.

Fighters’ Reckoning at the Isle of the Banished', the words hit Omega Rugal like a blow. He knew tournaments too well. He'd hosted his own: a twisted hunt for power, a futile attempt to fill the void within. So what was this one for? What was its true purpose?
