Stamina and beasts
Stamina from flasks and regeneration, the beast rallies it pays for and the event points they give.
How it works
Stamina regenerates by itself, 1 per 150 seconds, up to 400. Stamina items add on top of that and can take you past 400.
A beast rally costs 50 stamina. Set what you have, how many hours you will wait and the stamina items you hold to see how many rallies that pays for and the event points they give.

More Details
Used for daily events, such as troop expedition. Recovers 1 Stamina per 2.5 min(s).
The Inventory regularly provides Stamina supplies to the Warden.
Issue Warden's Command [Drinking Time] to get Stamina.
Defeating Feral Beasts will reward you with Loot Chests.
